Welcome to Children Book Magic ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at childrenbookmagic.com (the "Site") and our publishing, illustration, marketing, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

- "User" - Any individual or entity accessing or using our Site or Services.
- "Author" - A User who submits content, manuscripts, or requests publishing services.
- "Content" - Any text, images, illustrations, manuscripts, story ideas, or other materials submitted to us.
- "Services" - Book illustration, story development, self-publishing, book marketing, author branding, and related offerings.
- "Order" - A request for Services submitted through our Site.
- "Deliverables" - Final products provided to you, including illustrations, formatted manuscripts, published books, and marketing materials.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You will not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You own or have the necessary licenses to any content you submit
The Site, its features, functionality, and all content (excluding User Content) are owned by Children Book Magic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services.
You retain ownership of any manuscripts, story ideas, and original content you submit to us. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services you have requested.
Upon completion of Services and full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the final deliverables (illustrations, formatted files, published books, etc.), with the understanding that we may use samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted
- Service timelines begin upon receipt of all required materials
- All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice
- Payment is required as specified in your service agreement (deposit + final payment)
- We accept major credit cards and secure online payments
- Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Full refunds may be available if work has not yet started
- Digital products (eBooks) are non-refundable once delivered
- Physical books may be returned within 30 days if damaged or defective
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@childrenbookmagic.com
- You receive 2-3 rounds of revisions included in your package
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Final artwork is delivered in high-resolution digital format
- You receive commercial rights to use illustrations in your book
- We retain the right to display samples in our portfolio
- Manuscripts remain your intellectual property
- We provide editorial feedback and suggestions
- Final approval of changes rests with you
- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on manuscript complexity
- You retain 100% of your royalties
- We assist with distribution setup and file preparation
- You are responsible for verifying final files before publication
- We are not responsible for platform-specific issues (Amazon, etc.)
- Marketing results vary and are not guaranteed
- We use ethical, white-hat marketing practices
- Campaign timelines are outlined in your service agreement
- You provide necessary materials and approvals in a timely manner
- Final brand assets are delivered in multiple formats
- You receive full ownership of custom-created brand elements
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur fees
- Digital Products - Delivered via email or download link within 24-48 hours of completion
- Physical Books - Shipped within 7-14 business days of print completion
- Shipping Times - Domestic 3-7 business days, International 10-21 business days
- Shipping Costs - Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Customs and Duties - International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties
- Lost Packages - We will assist with tracking and claims but are not liable for carrier delays or losses
- Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds
- Revisions must be requested in writing within 14 days of delivery
- Major revisions beyond the scope may be subject to additional fees
- We will provide revised deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
- You may cancel your order within 7 days if no work has commenced
- If work has begun, you are responsible for payment for completed work
- Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Children Book Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any errors or omissions in any content or deliverables
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Children Book Magic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to our Services
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our Services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Children Book Magic to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to in a service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Children Book Magic regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
